I design products where users usually drop off — and turn them into systems

A patient-facing AI dental experience that helps users identify potential dental concerns through image analysis and contextual questions. I designed a Scan → Detect → Ask → Assess → Report → Act workflow that makes AI findings transparent, contextual, and safer to act on. The experience also uses AI to explain findings, provide appropriate guidance, and help users find and book a suitable dentist based on their preferences.
